I Found My Thrill on Cherry Tree Hill

I tried to resist it’s lure.

Sunrising over a sunrise of yarn

“Leave it for the customers.” My conscious tried to tell me.

“You have plenty of sock yarn.” It tried to reason with me.

3 times of working or visiting the shop I managed to resist. You see, Charlotte Yarn got in a whole assortment pack of Cherry Tree Hill Supersock in the ”Wool In The Woods” colorways.

Wool in the Woods was bought by Cherry Tree Hill, so this is the best of both worlds. Wool in the Woods colors done with their unique blending process, on Cherry Tree Hill’s yarn base. That makes me a happy, happy turtle.

Why resist when the colors are perfect for me? They practically scream my name!

It’s been a long time since I bought any CTH, but it’s hard for me to justify any more sock yarn for ye olde stash. And we shall not even mention the falling down with the Boomerang/Baby Boom while I was in Oklahoma City. ::sigh:: Have a WONDERFUL weekend!

I was informed some weeks ago, by persons who shall not be named, that you had been lusting over this yarn but had not yet succumbed at that time.
A plot was almost hatched whereby I would purchase the yarn and a videotape mounted in CY to record your reaction upon noticing its absence from the Altar of YummyGoodness.

Resistance is futile.

I’ve learned this a long time ago. If you don’t want sock yarn, don’t enter a room that contains sock yarn. Heck, don’t even get on the same block as sock yarn. Because it’ll sneak into your bag and secretly charge your credit card. Happens to me all the time.

I noticed that Charlotte Yarn carries CTH now, but I didn’t know the bought Wool in the Woods. That explains the new colorways, I had thought saw some new ones in the lot. I managed to resist, barely. Didn’t help that Remi placed it right up front where I had to stand to check out! Your hank is lovely.
